Paul DeCampo currently serves as director of marketing and sales at Southbrook Vineyards where he applies his broad experience in the wine industry, post-secondary education, community leadership and social enterprise.

Previous to his current role, Mr. DeCampo managed business development within the Food Innovation and Research Studio at George Brown College, where he also to served as a professor in the Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts.  Through developing the curriculum and teaching The Slow Food Experience within the Culinary Arts – Italian (Postgraduate) Program since 2008, Paul’s focus on environmental and socially sustainable provisioning for the professional kitchen has inspired many influential and progressive Toronto chefs.
